5-minutes banana bread with plums and coffee

Everyone should have a recipe that they can be make quickly, and I have mine: it's the 5 minutes banana cake with prunes and coffee. Containing coconut oil and soluble coffee, the 5-minute banana cake also contains oat, the grain indicated to fight hypercholesterolemia and the side effects on the increase in the level of cholesterol in the blood. Come on?

Ingredients: 1 cup and 1/2 crushed oats or oat bran; 3 eggs; 3 tablespoons coconut oil; 4 very ripe bananas; 1 tablespoon instant coffee; 5 dried plums; 2 tablespoons dark chocolate; 1 teaspoon baking soup.

Mash the banana and add the remaining ingredients, leaving the baking powder for last. Grease a shape and add the dough, baking in a medium oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
