Who doesn't love a candy? Always a great choice, industrial chocolates will find an opponent that is antioxidant, adaptogenic and fights varicose veins and cellulite: the brain tonic candy! Present in espinheira santa, adaptogenic vegetables reduce chronic stress. Come on?

Ingredients: 2/3 cup of almond butter; 1/3 cup of honey; 3 tablespoons of powdered herbs composed of ashwagandha, maca, gotu kola, holy basil, hawthorn, coconut powder and a pinch of bacopa; Sesame and crushed almonds.

Add the ingredients in a bowl until the point of curling. Create balls and roll in sesame or finely grated coconut. Store in a glass jar with a lid.
