Aromatic antioxidant of ginger with apple and cinnamon

Ginger is one of the most popular condiments within ayurveda, and it has properties that activate the digestive fire, which is our ability to digest and absorb food easily, also improving inflammatory conditions and systemic inflammation.

Ingredients: 1 medium apple with peel in cubes — without seeds; 1 tablespoon hibiscus — optional; 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder; 1 teaspoon powdered ginger; and 1 and 1/2 cups of water.

Add all the ingredients in a container. Boil the water and pour over them, cover, and let it steep for five minutes. Finally, strain it and serve with a slice of lemon.
