Ingredients: 1 large handful kale; 2 large mint leaves; 1/2 green apple; 1 slice pineapple or 1 piece watermelon; Ginger to taste; 1 lemon juice; 1/2 celery stalk.

Blend the frozen ingredients with lemon juice and room temperature water. Drink without straining.
