Ingredients: (crust) 3/4 cup hazelnut; 1/4 cup of coconut oil; 3 tablespoons of maple syrup; 1/2 cup of oatmeal; 1 cup of oatmeal; (chocolate filling) 1 cup and 1/4 cup chocolate chips 70% cocoa; 1 cup of coconut milk; (coverage) 1 cup of dates; 2 tablespoons of flaxseed; 1 cup and 1/4 cup walnuts.
Add the dough ingredients to the food processor until it forms a cohesive dough. Pour over the quiche mold with removable bottom and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate with coconut milk in a bain-marie or in the microwave, and set aside.
Add the topping ingredients to the food processor, grind into larger pieces, and set aside. Once the crust is baked, wait for it to cool. Add the chocolate filling over the crust and the frosting over the filling.
