Mashed potatoes with avocado oil

Tubers fit perfectly into the vata and pitta biotypes, and their easy digestion is suitable for those who have some digestive dysfunction. Easy and quick to prepare, the mashed potato with avocado oil will conquer you. Come on?

Ingredients: English potatoes or mix of purple, english and red potatoes — I used the english one; avocado oil; Salt, red pepper and rosemary to taste.

Cook the potatoes in salted water until softened. Remove from water with the help of a glass and crush. Brush avocado oil over them and add salt, red pepper and dried rosemary. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 20 minutes. Let it brown for just a minute!
