Versatile and quick to make, the ricotta cheese spread with dried tomato and basil is delicious, vegetarian, and high in protein, the dip can be served with a great quality of cracker, raw veggies or whole bread.
Ingredients: 1 un ricotta cheese; 8 basil leaves; 1 cup and 1/2 cherry tomatoes; 10 units of sun-dried tomatoes; 1 handful parsley; 3 tablespoons avocado mayonnaise.
Add the cheese and basil to a food processor for a few seconds and set aside. Add to the processor too the cherry tomatoes with the sun-dried tomatoes bled it up and set aside. Mix the two reserved preparations with the freshly chopped parsley and the avocado mayonnaise.
