Roasted broccolini with pine nuts

Cruciferous vegetables have astringent taste to detoxifying your body and fight cancerous tumors. Check this easy and savory recipe out!

Ingredients: 1 bunch of broccolini; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 3 tablespoons pine nuts; sea salt to taste; black pepper to taste.

Heat the oven to broil at 300 degrees Fahrenheit before sanitizing the broccolini. Wash the broccolini and dry with a paper towel. Add the broccolini along with olive oil, salt and black pepper to a pan lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to mix it well.

Place in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn it over within 7 minutes.

While the broccolini is roasting, prepare the pine nuts. Add the pine nuts to a nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and stir for three minutes so it doesn't burn. Remove the broccolini and add the pine nut over it.

Ready! You will be surprised by the taste of broccolini toasted with pine nuts.
