The balance and mindful eating path is a method that make easy your decisions about what to eat and the right time, no longer using food as a way to satiate your “emotional hunger”. Remember: achieving Balance and Mindful Eating requires discipline!
Whenever you're hungry, ask yourself: am I physiologically hungry? If the answer is no, then don't eat! If you're not hungry, how will you know if you're full? "Emotional hunger" is insatiable.
If the answer is yes, you need to answer one more question: how hungry? not that hungry? So, don't eat that much!
Very hungry? In this case, eat enough! and prefer nutrient dense foods, to really nourish, satisfied and take care of your physiology.
